Terms of Service

1. Who we are

FieldReportHQ (“FieldReportHQ,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates this website and the Gus AI assistant. FieldReportHQ is owned and operated by STW Kollektiv LLC, 723 Scenic Vista Dr, Fredericksburg, TX 78624. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or make a purchase. By using the service you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us promptly at gus@fieldreporthq.com if you suspect unauthorized use. You may not share your account or resell access to it.

4. Membership, free trial, and billing

FieldReportHQ offers an annual membership that includes access to Gus and the member content library. New memberships may include a free trial period. Key terms:

• Free trial. If your membership includes a trial, you will not be charged until the trial ends. You can cancel any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
• Automatic renewal. Unless you cancel, your membership renews automatically at the end of each term at the then-current price, and the payment method on file is charged. We will make renewal pricing clear at sign-up.
• Cancellation. You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Price changes. We may change membership pricing. Any change applies to future terms, and we will give you advance notice before a renewal at a new price.
• Payments. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your full card details.

5. One-time guide purchases

We also sell individual digital field guides (PDFs) as one-time purchases. Once purchased, a guide is delivered to you as a digital download and tied to your account for re-download.

6. Refunds

Because a free trial lets you evaluate the membership before you are billed, membership fees already charged are generally non-refundable, and cancelling stops future charges rather than refunding the current term. One-time digital guide purchases are generally non-refundable once the file has been made available to you. If something went wrong with your order, contact us at gus@fieldreporthq.com and we will work with you in good faith. Nothing here limits any refund rights you have under applicable law.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly post our guides, articles, or Gus’s outputs beyond your own personal use;
• scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract content, or attempt to access the service through automated means without our permission;
• reverse engineer, interfere with, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems;
• use the service for any unlawful purpose, or to facilitate any violation of hunting, fishing, wildlife, or other laws.

8. Intellectual property

The service and its content — including articles, guides, branding, and the software behind Gus — are owned by FieldReportHQ or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the content for your own personal, non-commercial use while your account is in good standing.

9. Your inputs

You retain ownership of the messages and information you send to Gus. You grant us a license to process that content in order to operate, secure, and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Informational only; no professional advice

The service is provided for general informational and educational purposes. Regulations, conditions, and Gus’s answers may be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date, and are not a substitute for official sources or professional advice. Please review our Disclaimer, which is incorporated into these Terms.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information provided will be accurate or complete.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FieldReportHQ will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the service. To the extent we are found liable, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold FieldReportHQ harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

14. Termination

You may stop using the service and cancel your membership at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the service in a way that could harm us or others. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Texas will have jurisdiction over any dispute that is not otherwise resolved.
